About the wine:
This wine was aged in freshly emptied American oak barrels, previously used to aged our distillery's bourbon and rye. This process added complexity, richness and warmth, imparting mellow notes of caramel, vanilla, brown sugar and spice.

Made from 100% New York grains, our four grain bourbon is produced from local grains and barrels, hand crafted and bottled on Old Tavern Farm.
